The HRA is responsible for the daily administrative duties of the HR Department to ensure efficient operations. The incumbent will support the team in all functional areas of Human Resources including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management and Employee Relations.

Initiates preliminary applicant contact via phone to determine interest and schedule HR pre-screen interview. Schedules and administers HR pre-employment tests. Administers Applicant Tracking System, updating applicant status accurately and timely.
To initiate, implement and coordinate the Human Resource Development function and to deliver educational and training programmes designed to fill performance gaps and develop all levels of staff.
The Recruiting Lead plays a critical role in helping 24-7 Intouch find the best candidates for our clients. This position also helps with the on-boarding process, and makes sure orientation sessions run smoothly.
