Your Role in Our AI Revolution:
As our AI Adoption Specialist, you will be the primary driver for artificial intelligence (AI) within our organization. You won't simply be overseeing projects; you'll be igniting a movement, seamlessly weaving together existing programmes and initiatives to ensure they’re aligned with our purpose. You will be identifying opportunities, challenging the status quo, and empowering our teams by embedding advanced AI tools like M365 Copilot, Google Gemini, and Azure/OpenAI services into the core of our business processes encouraging the use of AI as a tool for success. You will be the go-to expert, guiding our firm from initial concepts to scalable, high-value AI solutions.


Key Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• ​Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in AI project management, implementation, or a similar role.
• ​Proven experience working directly with Generative AI technologies (e.g., Large Language Models like GPT, AI image generation).
• ​Relevant certifications are a strong asset (e.g., Google AI, Microsoft Azure Data Scientist, AWS Machine Learning).
  

Desirable Traits for Success:

• ​You are a natural communicator, able to inspire and educate colleagues at all levels.
• ​A strategic problem-solver who can see the bigger picture and manage projects effectively.
• ​You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced team environments.
• ​A PMP or SCRUM certification is a plus.

Special Conditions:

• JESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.
• ​You are expected to use KPMG-approved Generative AI tools to support your daily work tasks.
• ​Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• ​Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• ​May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
