Technical Support Specalists handles inquiries from customers related to rate plans, features and services, network, coverage, handsets & devices, accessories, repair & troubleshooting, credits & adjustments.
The successful candidates will be Interfacing with our spanish speaking customers via inbound or outbound calls or through Chat and Social Media for the purpose of resolving customer issues with products or services while practicing superior customer service!
The Training Manager will lead a team of full-time and in-team trainers as direct reports for multiple projects with multiple clients. He or she will conduct formal observations and provide feedback and coaching to all trainers.
CSAs will respond to inbound customer inquiries. CSAs will use a wide variety of cloud based tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.
