The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a professional and friendly customer service experience. Ensures customers are satisfied and remain loyal by providing assistance and resolving a wide variety of issues ranging from very technical to basic queries.
Responsibilities include timely collection of unpaid claims, appealing denials, collections of underpayments, and documenting collection activity in the billing system. You will be required to research and resolve unpaid claims and rejections and request insurance changes through billing system.
The role will focus on enhancing executive’s effectiveness by providing information management support, implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies and monitoring administrative projects.
The Inside Sales Representative uses a consultative sales process to understand the needs of potential customers, guide them to the best possible solution, answers questions and provides them with the services that best suits their needs.
