Summary:
As a Sales and Communications Representative, you play a pivotal role within our global content creation agency. Your primary responsibility is managing inbound leads for our content creators' accounts, effectively selling their products to clients. This dynamic, remote position demands multitasking prowess and quick thinking, all while exclusively communicating through messaging. You'll collaborate with a team of 4 to 6, contingent on the account's size that you oversee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:

    • Efficiently handle a high influx of inbound leads, ensuring timely sales by identifying key buyers.

  • Account Management:

    • Maintain current information on key accounts and ensure their needs are met.

  • Product Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on content creators' products and social media to facilitate smooth sales processes.

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales, Account Executive, or Sales Management roles (live chat experience required).

  • Proficient in building client relationships and effective communication.

  • Attention to detail and excellent typing skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Expertise in recognizing buying signals.

  • Exceptional customer service, soft skills and rapport building skills.

  • High sense of urgency and resource efficiency.

  • PC i3 Core with 8GB RAM and internet speed of at least 20mbps.

  • A quiet and private workspace for remote work.
