HACCP COORDINATOR Responsibilities: •Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate, customer and 3rd party audit requirements. •Develop, Implement and monitor plant GMP / HACCP food safety programme.
LABORATORY TECHNICIAN To perform all Quality Control checks at each stage in the processing from raw materials to finished products and to ensure conformity to the specifications required by the Food Safety Quality Management System.
The Epidemiologist (Non-Medical) will be responsible for conducting, researching and investigating the occurrence and spread of communicable diseases throughout the Authority.
