We are seeking dynamic, results-driven leaders for the role of Trade Activation Supervisor.

About the Role:

As a Trade Activation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of in-store and on-the-ground brand activations, merchandising, and trade promotions. You will act as the link between the Product Activation Manager and the Trade Activation Specialists, ensuring that all activation plans are executed efectively, in alignment with brand objectives. You will also be involved in monitoring field activities, ensuring compliance with trade strategies, driving visibility, and optimizing consumer engagement at retail locations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise trade activation campaigns across multiple retail outlets
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of activation specialists on the ground
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal teams
  • Ensure flawless execution of in-store merchandising and promotional displays
  • Drive innovative ideas to create unforgettable customer experiences.
Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and skills:
  • First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Three (3) years experience in Trade Marketing, Sales or Brand Activation
  • Strong Merchandising & Retail execution knowledge
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for driving measurable results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • A proactive problem solver with a creative edge
  • MUST have a valid Driver's License and willingness to travel 
  • MUST own a reliable motor car that may be used for work.
