The incumbent would be responsible for managing the daily operations within a specific Warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, organization and movement of goods.

Bryden pi Ltd, one of the leading channel-focused distributors of Consumer, Health and Personal Care products in Trinidad and Tobago is on the lookout for the ideal candidate to join our unique family in the position of SURGICAL SALES COORDINATOR within our Hospital Equipment and Supplies Division.

Some Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Maintain accurate records of orthopedic inventory, tracking stock levels, usage, and replenishment needs.
  • Monitor consignment stock at various locations, local and regionally, ensuring accurate counts and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to schedule surgeries and ensure necessary inventory is available.
  • Manage and update a shared calendar for work schedules of the team
  • Manage proper rotation of stock within the Warehouse and liaise with Stock Auditors on removal of expiries
  • Conduct perpetual inventory audits to identify discrepancies and report findings to the Stock Auditors
  • Ensure all inventory transactions, including transfers, returns, and expirations, are properly recorded in the system.
  • Address any inventory-related issues, such as missing or non-conforming stock, and coordinate with the Stock Audit team for resolution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding orthopedic inventory availability and scheduling matters.
  • Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company

  Qualification, Experience and Requirement: 

  • Associates Degree or equivalent level
  • Proficient in MS Suite particularly Excel.
  • CAPE / GCE Advanced level passes would be considered an asset
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
  • Or relevant combination of training and experience
  • A valid Police Certificate of Good Character
