Senior Manager-Information Technology and Business Transformation (Direct to Client)

EXIMBANK is seeking a Senior Manager- Information Technology and Business Transformation, to provide strategic leadership, internal governance and coordination across the Bank’s technology environment.

The successful candidate will lead ICT governance, operational oversight, cybersecurity coordination, digital transformation initiatives, and transition support.

This role has broad responsibility across:

• IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
• business applications and cloud platforms
• vendor-managed and operational ICT services

The successful candidate will also support the Bank’s evolving ICT operating model by strengthening governance, improving resilience, overseeing managed service providers, and helping to build internal ICT capability. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can combine strategic oversight with sound technical and operational judgment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the Bank’s ICT governance framework, including ICT policies, standards, procedures and operational practices
• Maintain and report on the ICT risk register, ensuring risks, remediation activities and mitigation actions are appropriately tracked and escalated.
• Maintain executive oversight of infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, business applications, cloud services, and vendor managed environment.
• Coordinate and oversee external ICT service providers, including monitoring service levels and operational performance, escalation management, incident resolution, and transition deliverables.
• Support operational transition activities associated with the Bank’s evolving ICT operational model.
• Ensure ICT documentation remains complete, accurate, current, reconciled, and audit ready.
• Coordinate cybersecurity and governance activities
• Coordinate ICT projects, procurement activities, vendor evaluations and operational technology initiatives.
• Oversee the preparation of clear, structured reporting for Executive Management
• Coordinate ICT regulatory submissions, audit requests, regulatory examinations, and remediation tracking activities.
• Monitor and communicate key risk indicators (KRI’s), cybersecurity risk operational vulnerabilities, and related management activities.

 BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND DIGITAL STRATEGY

• Strategize, develop and support implementation of the Bank’s technology transformation roadmap.
• Integrate digital strategies and technology initiatives into business objectives.
• Collaborate with Executive Management and stakeholders to strengthen the Bank’s technology vision.
• Create synergies between technology systems through automation and integration.
• Act as a champion and change agent in accelerating organizational transformation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Technology or related field.
• Preferred / Advantageous certifications: ITIL, ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, Azure, AWS Cloud, CCNA, COBIT, MCSE, Oracle
• Minimum of 7 years progressive ICT experience, with minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong practical knowledge of networks, System administration, cybersecurity and cloud platforms.
• Experience working within regulated or financial services ICT environments.
• Experience in supporting operational transition, MSP oversight, audit readiness, or ICT governance enhances activities.
• Demonstrated technical capability across core ICT domains, including:
• cloud-enabled platforms and services (e.g. Microsoft 365)
• infrastructure and networking environments
• systems and business applications
• backup, disaster recovery, and continuity arrangements
• cybersecurity and access-management environments
• vendor-managed and outsourced service environments
