In this role, you will support the US Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Entity Clearance team by reviewing and clearing third-party entities in alignment with KPMG's policies and controls.

​Join KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), a dynamic delivery center supporting KPMG United States. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Third Party Risk Management Coordinator to help us uphold the highest standards in supplier risk oversight.

About the Role
As a TPRM Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in our Entity Clearance team, ensuring third-party suppliers meet KPMG’s rigorous standards throughout their lifecycle. You’ll guide stakeholders through onboarding, monitoring, re-certification, and termination processes, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with internal controls.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and due diligence for third-party entities.
• ​Assign tasks and coach junior team members.
• ​Maintain accurate records using workflow and case management tools.
• ​Communicate professionally with internal teams and suppliers.
• ​Monitor ongoing risk assessments and independence evaluations.
• ​Identify and implement process improvements.
• ​Escalate and resolve bottlenecks efficiently.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ​Minimum 3 years’ experience in risk, compliance, IT, or legal roles.
• ​Prior exposure to Third Party Risk Management or eGRC systems preferred.
• ​Strong communication, analytical, and judgment skills.
• ​Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Special Conditions 

• JESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.
• You are expected to use KPMG-approved Generative AI tools to support your daily work tasks.
• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
