Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage our office's day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a master of multitasking with exceptional communication skills and an upbeat attitude. You will provide crucial support to our managers and employees, ensuring all office procedures run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the company, greeting visitors and answering and directing phone calls.

  • Manage correspondence, including sorting emails, letters, and packages.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.

  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems.

  • Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documents as assigned.

  • Monitor and order office supplies and maintain proper stock levels.

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.

  • Provide general administrative support to our team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrator.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and multitask effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • A professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
