Procurement Clerk
A property management company located in Clarendon is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to manage the sourcing and purchasing of products, materials, and services. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management and organizational skills to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source suppliers and negotiate purchases
Track goods ordered and follow up on backorders
Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records
Coordinate with Stores and Accounts departments
Collect samples and verify materials received match purchase orders
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory, procurement, or administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
