The Sourcing Specialist plays a vital role in the execution of sourcing strategies to meet high volume candidate targets on a weekly basis, maximizing various channels to boost talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
Leads Management – Ensure all applicants at various points of the recruitment process are maximized to satisfy recruiting targets month over month.
Collaborate with Marketing department to create internal and external marketing collateral as required for both print and digital use.
Understand the targeted audience for each social channel, creating persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions and algorithms of each channel.
Create, publish and manage content on all social media platforms, including Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately boost talent pipeline.
Social Media Live Sessions – Take the lead on social media live sessions targeted towards sourcing candidates. This includes being main talent as well as developing topics relevant to our recruiting business.
Provide support for recruiting events from conceptualization to execution on the ground and/or online.
Qualifications
Proficient in all MS Office applications.
Strong creative directing skills
Strong multi-media production skills, with an eye for detail.
Impeccable writing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills, well organized.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
2+ years’ experience in marketing role
2+ Years’ experience in content creation/content writing for all social media platforms (TikTok, Twitter, IG, LinkedIn, Facebook).
BPO experience is a plus.
Experience working within a Marketing Agency is a plus.
