JNR. FACILITIES COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Facilities Department, including preparing drawings, coordinating maintenance services, and supporting procurement and personnel-related tasks.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES  

  • Prepare and modify drawings based on technical diagrams and verbal instructions
  • Create plans, elevations, and layouts for buildings and facilities
  • Conduct site visits to gather measurements and produce sketches
  • Maintain the Facilities Maintenance Management System (FMMS)
  • Coordinate with various departments and service contractors (e.g., pest control, waste management)
  • Support procurement by preparing work orders and purchase requisitions

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a related technical or facilities support role.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using drafting tools/software
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD would be an asset.
