Job Title: Consumer Marketing Executive (Mobile & D+)

 

 

Primary objective of the job:

  • The Consumer Marketing Executive supports the execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and consumer-facing initiatives across the Mobile and Digicel+ portfolios.
  • This role is responsible for driving day-to-day campaign support, coordinating assets and deliverables, monitoring performance insights, and ensuring all marketing activities are executed with speed, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Working closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager, the Executive plays a key role in translating strategy into execution by supporting offer launches, digital bursts, retail activations, and integrated campaigns.
  • This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, weekly-trading environment.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Campaign & Activation Support

  • Assist in the execution of integrated TTL campaigns across TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, Retail, Experiential, and Social.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals across internal teams and external partners.
  • Support day to day management of tactical activation bursts, including preparing briefs, tracking asset delivery, and supporting channel readiness.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of campaign materials to Retail, Sales, Digital, and agency partners.

 

Content, Creative & Production Coordination

  • Work with the Content & Creative Manager to ensure campaign assets meet specifications and are delivered on schedule.
  • Support creative versioning, adaptation, proofreading, and quality assurance across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation of assets, campaign materials, and approval trails.

 

Digital & Media Coordination

  • Assist with digital campaign setup requirements (copy, assets, tracking links, landing page updates).
  • Monitor performance indicators (reach, clicks, CTR, engagement) and escalate issues or opportunities to the Consumer Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Activation Lead on bursts, creative rotations, and optimization inputs.

 

Insights, Reporting & Optimization

  • Support weekly and monthly reporting through data collection, dashboard updates, and pulling insights from analytics sources.
  • Compile post campaign and post activation summaries, documenting learnings, performance highlights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor tracking and share relevant market insights with the team.
  • Retail, Community & On the Ground Activation
  • Coordinate in-store POS materials distribution, tracking, and execution readiness across territories.
  • Support the planning and execution of roadshows, community activations, and promotional events.
  • Assist with promoter briefings, activation toolkits, and frontline communication materials.

 

Budget & Administrative Support

  • Assist in managing purchase orders, invoices, and budget trackers.
  • Coordinate agency SOW deliverables and maintain logs of campaign expenses and approvals.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, workflows, and internal project trackers.

 

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand coordination, or campaign execution (telecom or FMCG experience is an asset).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong execution skills are an asset, and preferred.
  • Experience coordinating creative production, campaign workflows, or digital content is preferred. 

 

 

Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Comfortable working with dashboards and basic analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, “get-it-done” mindset.
