Key Responsibilities:
• Managing client acquisition and retention
• Maintaining strong client relationships and service standards
• Driving revenue growth for ICT solutions including hardware, software, and networking
• Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored proposals
• Prepare quotations, tender responses, and presentations
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and update sales forecasts.
• Submit weekly sales activity reports.
• Coordinate between sales and technical teams
Requirements:
• 2+ years B2B sales experience (ICT sales preferred)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of networking, IT infrastructure, or document solutions
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Motor Vehicle
