The Senior Client Services Officer is responsible for providing advanced operational, supervisory, and governance oversight within the Client Services Support function.
Coordinate, supervise and follow up on all the activities in the IDC. Ensures that all merchandise received and shipped meet the company's standard.
Manage the development and execution of marketing activities to facilitate the attainment of brand and communication objectives as well as revenue targets for the assigned brand, products and SBUs.
Responsible for the preventive maintenance of all warehouse facilities and equipment.
Ensure the proper and correct usage of the system by users of the different programs in the Club and Central Office.
Ensures completion of reports and data entry for all merchandise received at the club.
Provides administrative support in a timely and efficient manner in a multi-tasking environment.
