We’re seeking a Human Resources Management Consulting Partner to develop, market, and deliver innovative HR business solutions throughout Jamaica.

Design and deliver innovative, forward-thinking HR strategies tailored to the Jamaica market.

• Build lasting client partnerships by solving real-world workforce challenges — from talent to transformation.
• Lead the charge in telling our story and growing our brand as the HR partner of choice.
• Blaze trails in areas like organizational development (OD), employee experience, performance management, and more.
•  Bring fresh ideas, contagious energy, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.

3.    Who Are We Looking For?

You’re more than an HR expert — you’re a trusted advisor, an inspiring facilitator, and a natural connector.

• At least 7–10 years in HR leadership or consulting (bonus points for regional experience).
• Deep knowledge of Jamaican labour markets, business dynamics, and culture.
• A creative mind with strong business development instincts.
• A knack for building rapport and earning trust with everyone from executives to employees.
• Advanced degree in HR/OD/Business; Professional certification (like SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is a plus.
