SALARY SCALE: $8.7M

JOB SUMMARY:

The role manages the Authority’s comprehensive digital marketing framework to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to the website and social media, and generate leads. The position supports the management of all digital channels, platforms and tools, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, and content development.

The role is required to analyse data and align digital marketing programs with marketing and communications strategy and business objectives.

The responsibilities include routine and daily technical oversight, quality assurance and content management of the Authority’s and its subsidiaries’ websites and digital platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree, in Communications, Marketing, Media, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or its equivalent PLUS
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Digital Media, Marketing or Communications environment in a medium-to-large-sized entity within the public or private sector with at least four (4) years of experience managing digital marketing strategy, online campaigns, and multi-channel digital engagement initiatives.
  • Professional certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, CIM, or equivalent) would be an asset.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and manage multi-channel digital marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the Authority’s approved marketing and communications strategy and business segment objectives.
  • Manage the Authority’s digital marketing framework, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and online engagement channels to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of digital content, including graphics, videos, multimedia assets, blogs, and online publications, ensuring alignment with brand standards and approved messaging.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the Digital Media & Content Specialist and other digital contributors to ensure timely, high-quality content production and platform updates.
  • Plan, develop, and manage structured content calendars for digital platforms, ensuring consistent and coordinated publication schedules.
  • Execute paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and monitor performance to optimize reach, engagement, and cost efficiency.
  • Support search engine optimization (SEO), content optimization, and website performance initiatives to improve online visibility and user experience.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI, and provide actionable insights to the VP and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and media spend within approved limits, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Coordinate digital projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, performance targets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with business segment teams to align digital campaigns with commercial activities, corporate initiatives, and stakeholder engagement priorities.
  • Maintain brand consistency and a professional online voice across all digital touchpoints in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Identify emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices and recommend enhancements to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external digital agencies, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality output and adherence to contractual and brand requirements.
  • Any other duties assigned.
