The Vice President - Commercial Operations is responsible for leading Supreme Ventures Gaming’s revenue-generating activities by aligning sales, marketing, business development, product, and customer engagement strategies to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.

The role provides strategic leadership over commercial planning, revenue optimization, market expansion, and performance management, ensuring that commercial initiatives are data-driven, customer-focused, and aligned with the Company’s overall business objectives.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with corporate goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead revenue growth initiatives across sales operations, pricing strategy, business development, and market expansion.
  • Oversee and optimize commercial processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing systems and automation to improve performance.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership and coordination between sales, marketing, product, customer service, and operational teams.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities including analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
  • Oversee commercial systems and tools, ensuring effective selection, implementation, and utilization.
  • Prepare and manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
  • Support product lifecycle management to ensure timely market delivery and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for commercial teams.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years in senior commercial leadership roles spanning sales, marketing, business development, or product management
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving revenue growth in complex, regulated, or high-volume environments
