An established and reputable organization in the hospitality industry is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Warehouse Manager to join its team.

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receipt and dispatch of goods, compliance with internal control standards, and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures. The successful candidate will ensure efficient coordination between departments, maintain accurate stock records, and uphold the company’s quality and administrative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enforce warehouse control regulations and stock management policies.
• Coordinate orders and supply needs with department managers.
• Manage the reception, storage, and dispatch of goods in alignment with operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify slow-moving items, and report on product expirations.
• Conduct and coordinate permanent and closing inventories with the Administration Department.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse.
• Foster teamwork, maintain a positive work environment, and promote operational excellence.
• Manage import container coordination and related logistics.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse management, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
