Transaction Verification Officer to support our daily transaction and treasury operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate disbursement processing, proper documentation flow, coordinated communication with internal teams and banking partners, and reliable support for treasury functions.

Salary - TT$6,500/month

Hybrid Vacancy - subject to change

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform disbursement review by checking disbursement packages prepared by secretarial staff and transaction officers before forwarding them for approval.
  • Ensure that all daily disbursement documents are submitted to the Finance Department for processing on a timely basis.
  • Assign disbursement tasks to secretarial staff as required.
  • Contact bankers to address any enquiries related to daily transaction disbursements or account activity.
  • Support the treasury officer in ensuring that there is sufficient funds available in the bank accounts to cover transaction activity.
  • Assist the treasury officer as required in downloading and organizing bank statements for various company accounts, preparing cash flow reports and lines of credit summaries.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma, or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in finance, treasury operations, or transaction processing is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and handling financial data.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
