Will support a time-bound Finance project focused on the review, validation, and reconciliation of archived Customer Credit Note records

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and organized individual to support a 3‑month Finance project focused on reviewing and reconciling archived Customer Credit Notes. If you enjoy working with data and contributing to clean, accurate financial records, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Review and validate archived Customer Credit Note records
  • Compile key data: issued, applied, and outstanding credit note values
  • Reconcile Credit Notes with invoices, ledgers, and supporting documents
  • Spot missing information or inconsistencies and flag them to the Finance team
  • Keep well‑organized, audit‑ready working files
  • Prepare simple reports to support Finance decisions

What You Bring

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or similar
  • 1–2 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or Credit Control
  • Comfortable working with Accounts Receivable processes
  • Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, reconciliation)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Contract Length: Temporary – 3 months only
