Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing and dynamic team. This role is critical to maintaining strong financial controls, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting informed strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and audited financial statements
• Ensure compliance with, statutory filings, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management and reconciliations
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior accounting staff
• Implement, monitor, and improve internal controls and accounting best practices
• Perform variance analysis, financial analysis, and provide actionable insights to management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
