Primary responsibility is to initiate and coordinate the appointment system of the Service Department ensuring that workshop capacity is always fully utilized whilst portraying a positive and professional image.

Job Summary

• Primary responsibility is to initiate and coordinate the appointment system of the Service Department ensuring that workshop capacity is always fully utilized whilst portraying a positive and professional image.

Responsibilities

• To schedule appointments received from incoming calls, DMS, SORs, and Recalls and proactively
• monitor online bookings at 10am/1pm/3pm ensuring workshop capacity is at 100% booked.
• To conduct service reminder calls two days before customers’ schedule appointment via
  telephone and document call outcome on DMS.
• Confirm method of payment, discount cards, availability of credit, special tool and confirm with
  parts personnel parts availability when generating appointment.
• To review SOR request and proactively contact customers to provide ETA updates and schedule
  appointments for part replacement.
• To update and maintain all call trackers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Upon scheduling appointments, ensure to check the vehicle’s history through the DMS and
  Principal platform(s) to confirm the presence of any recalls or FSAs for the unit.
• Communicate current special promotions to customers.
• Any other duties/projects which are related to but not limited to as directed by management.
