JOB OBJECTIVE
The ideal candidate combines in-depth technical knowledge with sales expertise to advise and support B2B clients on complex network solutions. Serving customers across diverse sectors like Government, Finance, and Manufacturing, they will be the primary technical sales contact, managing both pre- and post-sales activities. The role demands close collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Logistics, and other teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful implementation.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture new B2B leads within assigned territories and verticals, expanding the firm’s network-solutions footprint
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical and executive stakeholders, interpreting complex networking requirements and translating them into clear, actionable objectives
- Design and deliver tailored demos, and technical presentations; provide pre-sales guidance and ensure seamless hand-off to post sales teams to meet expectations for performance, quality, cost, and delivery
- Prepare accurate quotations and tenders, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, and manage customer account
- Lead cross-functional teams through the sales cycle and delivery, meet revenue targets, and report performance metrics to management
- Represent the company at industry events and relay competitive insights to refine go-to-market strategies
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- BSc. Degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, I.T or a related field
- Sales and Leadership Training or Certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Executive, Challenger Sales, or SPIN Selling)
- Minimum of four (4) years of extensive professional experience in a similar capacity within the ICT industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Previous experience in designing business plans and market strategies to increase sales
- A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
