Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team. This individual will lead our sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and contribute to the growth and success of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the sales team, setting performance targets and monitoring progress.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts; track and analyze key metrics.
  • Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to sales representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR practices, and industrial relations guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the construction and roofing industry.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and supervise on-site sales activities.
  • Ensure availability and team supervision on Saturdays as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales supervisory or leadership role within a medium to large business.
  • Specialized training or knowledge in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry, particularly roofing, will be an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Proven leadership, team development, and customer relationship skills.
  • Must reside in the Corporate Area (Kingston & St. Andrew, or St. Catherine).
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays.
  • Must own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
