Our client in the petrochemical sector is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant for a six-month remote contract, providing procurement and supply chain administrative support.

 (Six-month Temporary Contract)

Location: Remote

Duties:

• Purchasing (Direct Goods and Services) or Receipts and Issues.
• Prequalification Process.
• Administer all SERVICE RFQs on the ebox TENDERS Platform.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Five (5) GCE Ordinary Levels/ CXC/ CSEC subjects including Mathematics & English Language.
• Possession of a professional procurement qualification Level 4 CIPS or CPSM, Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Supply Chain environment, experience in a petrochemical plant or similar environment would be considered an asset.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
• Proficient knowledge of an ERP System, for example Enterprise E1 (JDE), SAP and Maximo would be preferred. 
• A valid PLEA certificate is an asset. 

Must be able to start right away if successful
