We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and people‑centered HR Assistant to provide essential administrative and HR support .

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new‑hire documents, collecting required employee information, and assisting with orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support leave management, timekeeping records, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in coordinating employee training, workshops, and HR‑related events.
  • Prepare HR correspondence including offer letters, confirmation letters, memos, warnings, and general notices.
  • Support HR reporting, data entry, filing, and document control processes.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles.
  • Prior HR experience is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
