We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and people‑centered HR Assistant to provide essential administrative and HR support .
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
Assist with recruitment activities, including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new‑hire documents, collecting required employee information, and assisting with orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support leave management, timekeeping records, and attendance tracking.
Assist in coordinating employee training, workshops, and HR‑related events.
Prepare HR correspondence including offer letters, confirmation letters, memos, warnings, and general notices.
Support HR reporting, data entry, filing, and document control processes.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles.
Prior HR experience is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
