The Site Administrator/Manager will be responsible for overseeing all ongoing activities relating to the development, implementation, maintenance of and adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures in compliance with the contractual agreement.
JOB SUMMARY
The Site Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all ongoing activities relating to the development, implementation, maintenance of and adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures in compliance with the contractual agreement.
MAJOR DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
* Works with senior management to establish guidelines for the planning and coordination of daily execution of duties regarding scheduling areas/times as agreed.
* Interfaces with the Client's personnel in the administration of all the contractual agreement to ensure a problem free implementation of work schedules.
* Participates in the development, implementation and monitoring of all cleaning and sanitizing schedules to ensure all requirements and responsibilities are addressed.
* Oversees and conducts daily inspection of all work areas to determine proper maintenance.
* Directs Supervisors to carry out activities that will ensure that accurate and approved information on Time sheets are prepared for submission to payroll on a timely basis.
* Conducts meetings with Supervisors.
* Participates in the training of employees.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
QUALIFICATION: Qualification from a recognized Tertiary institution
A minimum of three years managerial experience
