Operations/Quality Control Officer

Oversee water quality management and regulatory compliance through testing, inspections, reporting, operational oversight, and administrative support.

A private utility company located in Kingston is seeking an Operations/Quality Control Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with WRA, NEPA, MOH, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct routine testing, site inspections, and incident investigations.
• Compile and submit regulatory reports to government agencies and internal leadership.
• Support administrative and commercial functions including customer relations, billing entries, and staff coordination.
• Oversee field operations, staff scheduling, and site maintenance.
• Provide training and ensure adherence to safety and QA protocols.

Education/Experience

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree from a recognized in Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Health, Business Administration or a related technical field
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and regulatory compliance.
• At least 2 years experience
