Client Relationship Management and Portfolio Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and provide tailored investment solutions.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of personalized customer service.
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to offer timely advice and portfolio adjustments.

Sales and Target Achievement:

  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify sales opportunities through proactive client engagement.
  • Promote and refer clients to other products and services offered by the Group.

Collaboration and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and support audits.

Professional Development and Representation:

  • Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills through training and certifications

Qualifications & Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or any other related discipline.
  • Two (2) years’ work experience in investment advisory/portfolio management at a financial institution.
