• Annual Base: USD $30,000 – $40,000

The Role
As Senior Hair Stylist, you will provide precision cutting, advanced colouring, and premium treatments, tailored to each client. This role suits a confident stylist with strong consultation skills, excellent technical foundations, and a polished, luxury-service mindset.

Key Services Include:

• Cutting & Styling
• Precision cuts (blunt, layered, textured)
• Blowouts and finish work (sleek, voluminous, textured)
• Bridal and event styling, including updos and formal looks
• Experience with straight, wavy, curly, and textured hair
• Colouring
• Advanced colour theory and formulation
• Highlights, lowlights, foiling, balayage, ombré
• Grey coverage and colour correction
• Creative and fashion colour experience advantageous
• Treatments & Hair Health
• Keratin and smoothing treatments
• Scalp therapies and restorative treatments
• Deep conditioning, hydration, and repair services

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Hair Stylist
• Background in a high-end salon, spa, or luxury hotel
• Accredited cosmetology / hairdressing qualification
• Strong consultation and client-relationship skills
• Confidence working independently at a senior level
• Passion for ongoing professional development
