Basic responsibilities include;

• Oversee housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry, and public area cleaners.
• Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and address issues
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Prepare staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
• Order and maintain stock of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Oversee laundry operations and linen management.

The ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience working in a hotel
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning best practices
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
