General Maintenance

Basic responsibilities include;

• Performing routing maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning etc.)
• Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and facilities
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with local regulations.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests or staff

The ideal candidate;

• Must have three (3) years’ experience in AC maintenance, repair and installation
• Prior experience in hotel or property maintenance
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Flexible schedule and a team player attitude
