Sales Representative needed to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and negotiate deals. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills required. Mortgage or sales experience is an asset; training provided.

Bronco Mortgages is a non-bank private mortgage lending company. We offer a progressive and friendly work environment, along with a culture that fosters growth. We are looking for a hard-working Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.     

The Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with Mortgage Brokers and Borrowers. They must be in constant communication with clients, handle inbound inquiries knowledgably, and negotiation new deals.



Duties and Responsibilities


• Proactively establish and maintain contact with Mortgage Brokers or Borrowers.

• Handle leads and inbound requests with the ultimate goal of creating new business.

• Negotiate delas within a predetermined pricing range while adhering to the underwriting criteria, timelines and other policies and procedures.

• Be self-directed and organized, balancing and maintaining the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned portfolio of loans. Ensuring quick turnaround time on email requests and a one-hour turnaround time on all phone messages.

• Responsible for collecting and reviewing documents, ensuring they meet renewal policies.

• Ensure all actions in the file are accurately and consistently documented.

• Track all interactions with borrowers and other external parties


Skills, Knowledge & Experience


• Excellent conversational and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong customer service and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and able to learn quickly.

• Strong documentation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize high volume workload and meet strict deadlines for tasks/assignments.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment where flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs are essential.

• Demonstrated sound judgment, ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues.

• Working knowledge of residential mortgages and processes is an asset, though experience in this industry is not necessary and ample training will be provided.
• Previous professional sales experience is an asset.
