- THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND THOSE HOLDING VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY. MUST BE LIVING IN THE COUNTRY AT THE PRESENT TIME.
Our client located in the outskirts of Port of Spain Trinidad is seeking to fill the position of a Sales & Marketing Manager
SALARY: $15,000.00 to $18,000.00
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Captures above strategies within policies and procedures;
Evaluates and amends marketing strategies using knowledge of the Company, its customers, potential customers, its competitors and market behavior;
Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to keep up to date with products, customers, potential customers and competitors;
Supervises and offers mentorship to salesmen so that all sales targets are met;
Sets targets for individual representatives and also as a team;
Oversees creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements and other marketing materials;
Prepares and manages quarterly marketing plans and annual budget;
Submits forecasts for annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams;
Compiles and analyzes sales figures in an expeditious manner; and
Any other related duties as assigned by the Director.

Have excellent customer service skills
Have good analytical skills
Have strong interpersonal skills
ATTRIBUTES:
Must be confidential and trustworthy
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Must be able to negotiate terms of an agreement and close sales
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS /OR EXPERIENCE
Must have five (5) years experience in Marketing or similar environment
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other related field
Experience with market research and analysis
Must be computer literate
Knowledgeable in steel and other building materials both locally and regionally would be an asset
Job entails travelling both locally and regionally
