JOB SUMMARY

To plan and develop marketing strategies to achieve maximum sales profitability and market growth in both the retail and nonretail food service market for all products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify market potential for all products and establish new client base.
• Develop, implement as well as monitor sales and marketing plans for all assigned products.
• Prudent account management with attention to long- and short-term goals and activities.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand the company and competitors’ initiatives to adapt our solution offerings to potential customers.
• Monitor the customers of the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Liaise with suppliers to identify new product SKU’s and make representation to management.
• Develop and implement promotional plans in conjunction with the sales team.
• Produce monthly reports for management and suppliers where necessary.
• Produce and analyse monthly statistics for all branded items.
• Work diligently to meet or exceed KPIs and targets.
• Any other duties as may be assigned including developing marketing plans for the brands, coordinating promotions for the brands as well as tracking and reporting on anomalies in the trade.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• BSc. or B.A. in Marketing.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in a retail marketing environment performing similar responsibilities.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have access to a reliable working vehicle.
