We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive company growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive industry, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, training, coaching, and mentoring the sales team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, setting and monitoring sales goals, and analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements.

This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivating the sales team to maximise performance.
    • Monitor performance and reporting on key metrics such as KPIs and sales targets.
    • Identifying new business opportunities and staying up to date with market trends
    • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel and clients.
    • Analyze sales data, forecasting trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to senior management.
    • Stay informed about the certified pre-owned vehicle market and industry developments.
    • Ensure compliance with all automotive industry regulations, financing guidelines and dealership policies.
    • Manage the entire vehicle sales process from customer inquiry to final sale.
    • Coordinate promotional campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.
