We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our signage and label printing retail location. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain efficient workflows for custom signage and label production.

Key Responsibilities:

	•	Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
	•	Coordinate printing, cutting, and finishing jobs for signs, labels, banners, and other printed materials.
	•	Drive in-store sales by actively promoting products and services to walk-in and call-in customers.
	•	Supervise, train, and schedule store staff, including sales reps and production
	•	Monitor sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
	

Key Skills & Qualifications:
	•	Proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in signage, printing, or a similar industry.
	•	Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
        •    Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
