Operations Supervisor

This role ensures the performance, discipline, and wellbeing of our security officers

The Role:

We’re hiring a Supervisor to support daily operational oversight at our Jamalco site. This role ensures the performance, discipline, and wellbeing of our security officers while maintaining high standards of safety and service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare reports on operational and EHS incidents.

• Evaluate and assess security officers’ performance.

• Lead disciplinary processes when required.

• Monitor and maintain operational equipment (e.g., radios, chargers, smart task devices).

• Oversee the welfare and deportment of officers.

• Enforce EHS policies and procedures.

• Confirm standing and post orders are implemented.

• Attend disciplinary hearings and support Operations Coordinators.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certificate in Supervisory Management or Industrial Security.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Sound knowledge of industrial security operations.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
