Sales Associate - Parts Department (Technical Sales & Service Support)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: TTD $7,000/month + KPI Performance Bonus
About the Role
we are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Sales Associate to support the Parts Department
This role plays a critical function in the after-sales support cycle, ensuring clients and service teams receive accurate, timely, and reliable parts solutions. The position requires a strong balance of technical understanding, customer service, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Parts Sales & Customer Support
• Respond to customer and technician enquiries on parts identification, pricing, and availability
• Prepare accurate quotations and process orders within CRM and inventory systems
• Provide guidance on compatible or alternative parts where required
• Maintain consistent follow-up to support timely order closure
Technical Identification & Coordination
• Interpret equipment models, serial numbers, and basic schematics to identify correct parts
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to source and confirm parts specifications
• Support resolution of technical queries and non-standard requests
Inventory & Order Management
• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment requirements
• Track orders, backorders, returns, and warranty items through to completion
• Assist with receiving and verifying incoming stock
Operational Support
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
• Coordinate with service technicians and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in parts handling and fulfilment processes
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC passes, including Mathematics and English
• 1–3 years’ experience in parts sales, technical support, or a similar role
• Experience working with CRM or inventory systems
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, or equipment-based environments is an asset

Working Environment
This role is based within the Parts Department and includes both counter support and stockroom coordination. The position requires standing for extended periods and handling equipment components where necessary.
