Responsible for supporting project delivery through effective coordination of team communication, subcontractor resource management, and administrative operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.
1. Project Team Collaboration: Responsible for communicating with the project team on
daily delivery plans, obtaining resource requirements, and matching resources
accordingly.
2. Management of Subcontractor Resources: Collect the list of subcontractor teams and
related certificates, compile and track the number of subcontractor teams, match them
with the project delivery plan, and ensure sufficient resources for project delivery.
3. Collecting issues related to subcontractor teams during the delivery process and driving
the resolution of these issues.
4. Organization of meetings and trainings (conference room reservation, meeting minutes
compilation, and task tracking of each team)
5. Document management (mailing and archiving of general agreements and external
letters, and checking the standardization of rules)
6. Task tracking: Assist the PPM in tracking daily issues related to subcontractor resources,
monitoring abnormal data
