Location: San Juan (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: TTD $6,000/month base salary with unlimited commission earning potential + KPI Bonus
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00pm

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically inclined Sales Associate to join our Parts Department.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, managing client requests, and supporting operational efficiency through accurate and timely service.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and technician inquiries regarding parts identification, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process orders using CRM and inventory systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery.
• Track parts movement, manage returns, warranties, and special orders.
• Recommend compatible or upgraded components to improve client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in parts sales, coordination, or technical service.
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of mechanical or equipment components is an advantage.
