About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically inclined Sales Associate to join our Parts Department.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, managing client requests, and supporting operational efficiency through accurate and timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and technician inquiries regarding parts identification, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare accurate quotations and process orders using CRM and inventory systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery.
- Track parts movement, manage returns, warranties, and special orders.
- Recommend compatible or upgraded components to improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in parts sales, coordination, or technical service.
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of mechanical or equipment components is an advantage.
