The SME Telesales Agent will be responsible for selling Amplia’s suite of SME products and services directly to potential customers via phone and other communication solutions.

JOB SUMMARY

The SME Telesales Agent will be responsible for selling Amplia’s suite of SME products and services directly to potential customers via phone and other communication solutions. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for the growth of new business customers.
• Accurately record prospect information and maintain database.
• Accurately record customer orders and application forms and prepare business contracts.
• Achieve sales objectives while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for executing sales strategies to receive new customer business through registration and sign-ups via outbound calls.
• Perform cold calls to introduce customers to new business packages.
• Prepare RFPs for relevant services for prospective clients.
• Provide relevant responses to customers’ concerns, service requests and enquiries.
• Work in partnership with all other departments to continually increase revenue and meet objectives.
• Assist with the preparation of bids as needed.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required.

 MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 CXC/GCE O 'levels including Mathematics and English Language.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Tele - Sales environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales target.
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry knowledge will be an asset.
• Must be in possession of a Police Certificate of Good Character.
