Texas de Brazil is now open in Guyana, bringing endless flame-grilled meats carved tableside and an abundant gourmet salad bar.

We’re growing fast - and so is our team! New shifts and exciting opportunities are now available for passionate, customer-focused, and energetic individuals who want to be part of something extraordinary.

Here's who can apply:

RESTAURANT MANAGERS

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff
• Ensure excellent customer service, efficiency and profitability
• Schedule team shifts and assign tasks

GAUCHOS/MEAT CARVERS

• Overseeing the preparation of the meats
• Carving and serving meat selections table-side to the guests
• Other job duties and responsibilities

COOKS

• Prepare high quality dishes according to recipes and standards
• Keep kitchen area and equipment clean and organized
• Assist with inventory, stocking and plating

SERVERS AND SERVER ASSISTANTS

• Provide excellent customer service when taking orders and serving food & drinks
• Check customers are satisfied with meals and act on feedback
• Work closely with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

HOSTESSES

• Be the face of the restaurant! Greet customers and accompany them to tables
• Manage restaurant guest list and seating flow
• Perform opening and closing duties

KITCHEN PREP ATTENDANTS

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring per recipe needs
• Maintain sufficient levels of food items and ingredients
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures

BARTENDERS

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
• Check IDs and serve responsibly
• Maintain bar inventory and cleanliness

PLEASE INCLUDE:

• Resume
• Valid Passport an asset
• Working 2-3 years in a similar type environment
• 2 references from previous employers
