We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and managing staff to achieve operational efficiency and profitability. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, who is passionate about the hospitality industry.

Job Functions

  • Operational Management

    • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance with company policies.
    • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to maintain brand standards.
    • Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling waste.
  • Staff Supervision and Training

    • Support recruitment, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff.
    • Supervise team members, provide constructive feedback, and ensure a positive work environment.
    • Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Customer Service

    • Maintain a welcoming and high-quality dining experience for all guests.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Financial Management

    • Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
    • Monitor sales, prepare reports, and contribute to strategies to increase revenue.
    • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving profit and loss targets.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of restaurant financials (P&L, budgeting, inventory control).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
