The Role: Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a high-energy Restaurant Manager who understands that great dining experiences start with a motivated team.

What You’ll Do (The Mission)

As our Restaurant Manager, you are the heartbeat of the operation. You will oversee the daily synergy between the kitchen and the front-of-house, ensuring our Brand Promises are met with every plate and every interaction.

 

1. People & Culture Leadership

  • Mentor & Coach: Recruit, train, and develop a world-class team. You aren’t just a boss; you’re a mentor dedicated to identifying and retaining top talent.
  • Daily Motivation: Assign goals, follow up with precision, and keep morale high through consistent communication and weekly team briefings.

 

2. The Guest Experience

  • Ambassador of Hospitality: Ensure every guest receives "Gracious Hospitality" by maintaining flawless brand standards and deep menu knowledge.
  • Problem Solver: Handle guest feedback with grace and speed, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.

 

3. Operational & Financial Excellence

  • Drive Profitability: Monitor sales performance, optimize staff scheduling, and identify creative strategies to boost the bottom line.
  • Resource Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage payroll reports and ensure all equipment is in top-tier condition.
  • Safety First: Maintain a gold standard for sanitation, food quality, and safety protocols.

 

Who You Are (The Requirements)

You are a seasoned pro with a sharp eye for detail and a heart for service. You’ll need:

  • Experience: At least five (5) years in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of two (2) years in a senior supervisory or management role.
  • Education: A Diploma in Food & Beverage Management (or a related field).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with Point of Sale systems (MICROS experience is a major plus).
  • Credentials: A valid Food Badge and a recent Police Certificate of Character.
  • Note: Non-national applicants must possess a valid work permit.
