Manager Health food cafe and Restaurant
We are seeking a results-driven and highly professional Restaurant Manager to oversee the full operations of our modern health-focused café in Montego Bay. This role requires a strong leader with a high hospitality quotient, a commitment to integrity, and the ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the business operates efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations across front and back of house
Lead, train, and supervise staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience
Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional café environment aligned with brand standards
Control costs, manage budgets, and drive overall profitability
Oversee inventory management, stock control, and supplier coordination
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Handle guest concerns professionally while protecting the brand’s reputation
Foster a culture of honesty, accountability, and service excellence
Requirements:
3–5 years experience in restaurant or café management
Strong financial and operational management skills
Proven experience with inventory control, cost management, and staff scheduling
Demonstrated high hospitality quotient and leadership presence
Must be trustworthy, honest, and accountable
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
